  • 1 ½ cups (260g) Darinne canned chickpeas
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red onion
  • a handful parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil (for brushing)

Directions

  1. Put the first four ingredients in a food processor and blend in until ground up.
  2. Knead in the remaining ingredients and shape 3 patties and brush with oil.
  3. Bake at 175C for 20-25 minutes.
